1. What is iSystem?
iSystem is a solution created by Iora to connect people and knowledge of an organisation through learning and knowledge management techniques in order to improve workplace performance.

2. How will connecting people and knowledge improve workplace performance?
There is a lot of knowledge within an organisation either in the form of existing scattered knowledge or within each individual employee, however this knowledge cannot be accessed due to the lack of proper organisation and storage, often times this knowledge gets lost over time. iSystem enables organisational knowledge to be stored in an organised manner and employs KM 2.0 collaborative tools which help connect people in need of knowledge to people with the knowledge. This allows for the knowledge within a company to be utilised in an effective manner through easier retrieval and the ability to collaborate, thereby improving workplace performance.
